CVC had a good timing in milking it and selling it while the hype was at its peak. Unfortunate but sadly somewhat predictable - that’s the reason why I am hardly universally positive about the rumors of Richemont allowing an MBO of JLC - depending on how the deal gets financed it could end up similarly 🤷🏻♂️
