Horological Meandering

I was thrilled to run across this completely by accident, in a box in my garage (along with a copy of my Master's thesis project) Mike ...  

As someone, who has come to the world after the achievement, a question, if I may? How did it feel at the time?

I was up on Whidbey Island above Seattle, catching crabs with my friend Bill. It was evening. (A decade ago I scanned in this picture to remember it. ) A guy with a trailer on the beach shouted “they’ve landed” and we ran over to watch on his 12” b/w TV. ...

By chance, this is the same water, same island, same prey captured for dinner I was 17 then, now I’m 67 (now I have women friends too) ...
