Can't wait to see the finished piece! Any idea about how much filament you'll end up needing to finish a project of this size? [nt]

Wow, so under $200. That's unbelievable!
By: Brandon Skinner : November 20th, 2019-12:12
What do you reckon will be the material costs for your movement? Unbelievable to think what we can do these days for so little. $200 of LEGOs and you barely get anything. $200 here and the sky is the limit. Though LEGO is still damn entertaining🙂

A roll is $20 so a guess is for that money you will get a lot of parts.
By: Jocke - Bad Santa : November 20th, 2019-12:43
I buy 10 rolls in different colors for $200 and those will last for a lifetime. LOL

There is 315 meter in a roll so I guess it will last for a lifetime. I have 10 rolls so it is a litle more than 3 kilometers. LOL
