Buying new watch B&R 03-92 Your input please

Hello all, thank you in advance, I am purchasing a watch (about to pay for through pay pal) and it was for sale on E B*y. I know the rule around here, buy the seller not the watch. I don't know the seller at all and he has not sold anything for quite some time. This watch would be purchased through Paypal and I know that offers some protection. To be clear, this watch is NOT OFFERED FOR SALE ANYWHERE. I know the rule on shilling. I also know this is not a standard watch you see on this site, however I value all your opinions and think this is the best watch site out there with some of the most knowledgeable members. Input please? I did learn a trick when selling a watch here when the buyer asked me to set the watch on a specific time, I asked he set at 4:21 which he did and promptly sent the following pic back. Here are the original listing pics and description, followed by my request of the watch set on a time and the original receipt. Please help me anyway you can, this is a bigger purchase for me at this stage in my life and I like the watch. Thank you in advance. Ben
