I was only in my mid twenties when i jumped in into the horology world, back then i didn't like any dress watches at all. I was not fond of any watches below 42mm. My first rolex. the two toned 40mm subs, was handed down from my parents to me as a wedding...

i was so tempted to buy the pt case rg dial combination too, but in the end, i am glad i bought this one instead...

Congrats on the new watch. The F.P. Journe Ruthenium Tourbillon is my favorite among the Journe tourbillons for its uniqueness. Nice to see this one as well!

especially the remontoir tourbillon, the earlier version of DS...
