Horological Meandering

Had a hectic week and decided to take it slow on a Friday afternoon ahead of a long weekend at the AD. Tried on (for the n-th time) two watches that look very similar IMO, but yet are different enough from just about every aspect. Some pictures to follow,...  

I think the AP in this configuration is my favourite AP and looks better than the chrono. And the AP RO has proved itself as timeless, but maybe the Hublot still has to prove this. Would it carry the same desirability for you after 5 years? Good luck with... 

I agree that a watch must have something that we shouldn't tire of after a while. These two are on my radar among others and I'm not close to making a decision as yet, but I have to say that I have not made a purchase that I've tired of so far, save for o... 

The Hublot is more practical for everyday use, but the AP is so much nicer. I am a fan of both brands and own watches from both brands, but if you have to choose one the AP is much finer.

... tough call for me. Classic Fusion can be really an everyday wearer (and a bit more friendly to your wallet). AP RO is of course an "iconic" piece and may attract more "respect" based on its history. The choice yours and if I were you, I could be happy...
