I can't say that any of these jump hour watches make "my list" though I have been tempted by the simple Reservoir watches on more than one occasion. The salmon dial Bovet catches my eye as well. I like the placement of the hour aperture at the outer perimeter of the dial.

wow great comprehensive review.. but Zeitwerk and Vagabondage missing? may be because are jumping minutes too ?
The Bovet salmon is nice but I don't like the screws on the dial, the hour is not big enough and the price is crazy. Rather wait a bit more for a Zeitwerk. Similarly, the hautelence time (hour) is very small not as easy to read..but a nice watch!
