And as usualy you've added an interesting issue to the conversation.
It is certainly understandable that one might enjoy owning watches he doesn't necessarily enjoy wearing. That can't be considered a mistake per se. It's a choice, neither right nor wrong. It's a mistake, maybe, if it prevents you from owning others you would enjoy wearing.
