I just stumbled across this pic on my computer of 4 of my watches and thought I would share....they are also the 4 that seem to get the most wrist time at the moment.... Yours, Andy....
now I wonder what is getting less wrist time... ;-) That is really an interesting group with nice representation from each brand, across styles and functions. Kudos! Best, respo
others still get wrist time like the Sinn U1 and Bell & Ross etc but I have recently changed jobs on secondement for a year and am mainly office based instead of laboratory based so I get to wear some nicer pieces as I'm not sloshing about solvents..!...
Just kidding, u have a fantastic collection. I think your collection will be exciting also going forward in time. Are you thinking of a next step? Kind regards,
a 2002 LE Steiff bear for the UK market and is No.14 from 1500. Anyway the next step in watches is getting tricky but I am looking for something super special and AP is high on that list but still trying to narrow things down..!! Thanks for your kinds wor...
I like the range of cases, sizes, colours and complications. Really something there for every situation. This is actually how my small collection evolved as well. No themes as such. Just watches that I liked, a few iconic pieces I had to try, and a variet...
like you I never decided on a theme as such just pieces I liked that I would wear....but now looking for one more really special piece so the hunt is on. Yours, Andy.
For me it's the reverso, rolex sub, jlc NSA,then omega speedy date. I think most people will agree that your combo is more than enough for wrist diversity
you have my favourite chrono, most peoples favourite GMT, a classic style of JLC and a very hi tech cased Panerai. next time we meet you must wear the reverso as i've not seen it yet. best Graham
or should that be to blame for the Speedy..!! Yep will bring the JLC along next time for you then....thought you had seen that one but maybe not. Def see you soon for a couple of days in London Andy.
I had nothing else on the list last year so decided to just get one as I was going to get one anyway..!! Sapphire sandwhich to see the movement Hopefully catch up soon when I'm next in London. Andy.
and thank you very much for your kind words.....do you think an AP RO would fit in nicely with these..? Either skeleton or regular 15300..? Yours, Andy.
I'm sure an AP will find it's way here sometime...just not sure which one..!! Keep me updated on yours and we'll take it from there. See you soon my friend, Andy.
the 292 in the flesh is quite something...as usual pics don't do it justice. Mr Steiff used to wear them all but there are too many now..!! LOL. Hope your well my friend, Andy.
