Bill has set up the star system to reflect the frequency and time spent on this august forum. And I heard on the grapevine, it getting harder to get "promoted" to the next star becoz Nico single handedly brought up the average

I take my IPad on the train in the morning sometimes and with the 3G network I can consult for about 20 minutes. It's kind of an addiction, but it is a lot better than being addicted to booze or cigarettes. A bottle never gives you a reply of advice, thus...

I didn't know, but I shall soon resolve that! To answer the OP, I would say approx once or twice a day.
There is a "Mobile/PDA" tab in the header ...
... and it just simplifies the view, removing the extraneous information and banners. I use if for iPhone on the move for quicker downloading, but not with the iPad which does most things, except flash, on the standard forum views. Andrew
