Mine has the next generation movement, after Hamilton was bought by Omega. The crystal has “SSIH” printed on it.
Still works. And it’s worth now about its price in 1975. Of course, the Rolex I might have gotten at that price would be benefitting from the general Rolex collectors’ loss of any shred of sanity. Not that I’d be able to sell it.
