Strange but I wanted to post a similar post like the one KCKL just posted under this one Anyway, here is my problem. Basel and SIHH are over, we had the time to see all the new watches and make up our wishlist . Untill a few weeks ago there was one watch ...

56mm will look huge, whichever way you look at it......

I suggest wearing it around the neck where it will look small LOL! The Panerai looks to be big but quite wearable on your wrists. J.

too big.

i dont know why they've gone so big as the 1918 Zenith special pilots watch i owned was about 40mm if not smaller. G

Here is my wristshot.

This Zenith has to be considered as a collector watch with its fantastic caliber and its excessive design. You won't wear it on a daily basis so for me it is ok, the size is the part of the soul of this watch. Fx...

thanks, great pic !

I know how dangerous things get when you start to 'cut out' watches ........... I'm not gonna even answer your questions my dear friend just let me know when you're gonna pick it up huh !!!

Way too big, my friend.

The lugs will ridiculously overcome from each side of your wirst... Perfect for the Bal Masqué, not for the current life... Best, Nicolas

no they won't

the lugs are so different than the Egiziano lugs. the egi had huge lugs which made the watch 75 mm, the luge on the Zenith are very different. Today I saw a pic on the net where you saw what I mean, it was a picture with 3 other Zenith watches. If i find ...

So if they won't, do it.

The Type 20 will project a massive presence . . .

. . . on anyone's wrist, Bruno, even the largest. It will draw attention every time you wear it. The question is, does its horological merit override your sense of aesthetics? If you can draw pleasure from its undeniable virtues without feeling self-consc...

. . . J-F Dufour (at a Zenith event in Los Angeles, late 2010), and while tall, he's not quite large enough to play American football! The Type 20 looks reasonably proportional on his wrist, in my humble opinion.

It is really up to you...

.. and the last pic shows that it (Panerai) may not be too big..... Having said that, I wouldn't try that size on my 6.45" wrist. Just a matter of personal taste. Ken

My statesman-like, tactful opinion

the Zenith is a foolish-looking trendy watch. And no doubt very fine in its execution.

Bruno my 2 cents.

Some watches no matter how much I love it, remains to be admired only and not to be owned and could be due to them costing 1/3 the price of my car or my house, for that reason. Price justification. And some, well, could be due to my wrist being not Stallo...

It might be a tad big, but...

If you like it that much, then why not go for it? It is worth it in my opinion, and you can go all out while wearing, such as Mr. Agnelli did while sporting his PloProf. On another note, the 372 looks super cool on you! All the best, Alex

Is a great looking piece in isolation, but because of its size I really think the crown is just too OTT and subtracts, rather than adds to, the whole design. I love the fact they've used the PW movement on it though Cheers Tim
