Horological Meandering

Hi All it's my first thread on the site and I wanted to start a watch collection. I only have two watches on the time being:roles submariner and a hublot ice bang 44 mm,I feel that I am lost and don't know how to start. Sometimes I think about buying an A...

Start by spending countless hours on forums, and wait till you really fall in love with a piece or a make. otherwise, you'll by watch others like, and start flipping them. Just my 0,02

I really cannot add much to what has already been said, my real advice is to buy the watches you love. Unless you are looking at this as a type of investment where they will be locked in the safe never to see the light of day or be put on the wrist (sad l...

Collecting is a journey. You are thinking about the right things. It won't happen overnight, and you will enjoy it more as you research and experience your interests. I fall into the "buy what you like" camp, and wear every watch I own.

Read, learn, listen to your heat, define what would be the most appropriate topic of the collection. You feel lost? We all feel lost and we will always feel lost so don't worry about this ! Fx

but i suspect a 44mm Luminor will suit you better. alternatively, have a look around some A series or even Pre Vs....if you are swayed by tritium charm...that may be the way forward. best, Horo
