Their propaganda might give an Armand Nicolet model number for their movements, but their just rebadged ETAs as far as I've seen. Nothing new - many companies have been doing this for years:





I'd like to see their in-house movements if they truly do have any.

The watches appear to be nicely crafted and many (most,all ?) have in house movements. In the aftermarket sales segment the discounts from MSRP are huge. Even new ones command big discounts. Are the MSRPs inflated, the quality not quite there or is it som...

Tried to copy and paste the statement; Does not work. After re-reading it they kind of dance around the in-house movement claim a bit. Seems when it was taken over in the 80's (?) there was a stash of movements that they modified to their own spec. I now ... 

I think even at discounted prices...

They have nothing that separates them from the crowd... IMHO... sort of in league with Fredrique Constant.... there is an impostor-ish feeling about certain brands... this is one... IMHO.

this is not a forum where you follow the crowd probably because that would bankrupt a lot of people. you buy what you like and you wont get criticised for doing so. the worst you'll get is very few comments about it. best G
