Finally recieved my Parmigiani piece unique

And it is a truly stunning watch! Platinum split second PF, they agreed to upgrade the finishing on the case and to do a solid salmon dial, pictures really don't do it justice.
This is my third PF, and not my last hopefully. I am convinced at this point, that the PF is the finest sport luxury watch available and by some margin. If I compare it to watches like the Nautilus, Royal Oak, Daytona, Overseas etc, the PF outperforms on the whole.
The Nautilus bracelet is a bit more comfortable, the Rolex is a more reliable watch, the RO is visually more arresting, the overseas has the quick strap change system...... But if we take into consideration that the PF manages to make strides on the strong points of each model, while avoiding all if weaknesses of any, and observe the very high finishing standard and technical excellence, the PF outperforms any of the mentioned pieces by some margin. I own all the previously mentioned watches and can confirm the PF is the most enjoyable to wear, I will post my detailed ranking of the six elements on each piece and a further deep dive on the PF soon. Now for the pictures!

What exactly did they do? Is there something about the "standard" PF finishing you don't care for? I'm definitely a fan of the brand, and having handled pieces a few times feel the quality is exceptional. Unfortunately, I take issue with some design quirk...
