Good Question
I'd also love to know. My impression had been that all up to the Opus 13 - but not including the 13 - has been delivered. Ariel Adams told me in December 2014 that he had seen a privately owned Opus 11 in the wild, so I was fairly sure that tech problems had been overcome by that point.
The dream-to-reality execution problem that started with the Vianney Halter-designed Opus III did become a troubling trend as these things grew ever more complicated. But I had been led to believe that the long pause prior to the Opus 14 had been intended to clear the backlog of older projects and ensure that the 14 would be "finished" prior to unveiling in 2015.
Best,
Tim
