With a big date like Glashütte Original, looking at the change of date is very interesting, expecially when it jump ahead more than one day (you know what I mean with your wonderful Karree!)... Is amazing how the color of the hands change from totally bla... 

Those blued hands tend to "hide" more against the black dial, and it's shots like these that bring out the beauty that's hidden. Superb picture of a superb watch. Richard

Actually the hands seems normally black, only the luminous material is clearly visible... and the quick blue reflection allow to admire the hands in their beauty and also their actual size... Thank for your appreciation Richard! massi
