Did I see you on Omega forum?  It is a pure coincident that I recently received two watches.

As for your question, it is a good question.  I myself love white metal (most of my watches are white) and not a big fan of 40mm or larger watches, I have long hesitated to go for the "regular" Meissen and grabbed instantly the LE WG Meissen when it debuted.  But, since I could pick my favorite number and had begun to think that RG is not so bad, I decided to place an order (I had guessed that RG Meissen wouldn't go beyond #1,000 - four digit on the dial seemed too much - and there wouldn't be much time if I wanted one).  I love both for each reason but I probably wear WG more often than RG as white metal and smaller watch is easier for me to wear .  But again, I do love both!
