What do you mean by the last 6 hours?
Is that the last 6 hours of the power reserve of the watch, or just the last 6 hours you watched the timing? If it's near the end of the power reserve the rate will vary more, but if it is anywhere near fully wound and losing or gaining 25 seconds in 6 ho...
-25 is a bit slow...
I'm getting +3 on my Cal 100. Did you wind it up fully? Test it for a week before going back to the shop.
