Some shots from this evening.
This is the 42.6 mm Laureato Evo 3 ref 80188 with the rather rare in-housw quartz calibre 13500 in full view via the display case-back. (Step aside FPJ Eleganté)
It was presented as a novelty at SIHH 2010 where 40 pieces were supposed to have been made. I estimate that only 20 pieces were ever made.
It was created to mark the 40 th anniversary since Girard-Perregaux established the 32,768 Hz frequency which continues to be a standard today.

I remember this one and think it is a great looking & sporty watch.
I do wish the Hz verbiage on the dial was moved to the backside but that wouldn't prevent me from enjoying the watch if I were an owner. Thanks for posting Marc. M4

Because it indicates this is a special one. The red font matches the date. Interesting side note, "Laureato" Is not mentioned anywhere on dial or case. This is the only laureato from gen 3,4,5 that is like this. 🤝

Well, this ref 80188 is from SIGH 2010
and only 20 or so made. GP didn't ever take this to the main catalog for production.
