From the likes of the Lemania Majetek pilots watch. 🤗 From the late 1930s. Has that distinctive cushion case with the extended lugs.

The extra height for the raised bezel is for the 6 hands to clear each other.
So it’s a massive watch with much wrist presence

the brushed lugs and shoulders of the case. They just made a few one way vs. the other. You can always polish your satin brushed lugs to make them polished if you like.
