GP´s ref. 99150 is a likewise uncommon model; in the past years, they only made a handful (less 3 in the last 2 years).
It´s 40x15,42mm, which is a little smaller than the JR. And definetely a more "retro-look", although it´s a very beautiful piece particularly with ruthenium-grey dial in nature!
As for the decorative elements, there´s truly a lot of them
The vertical "stripes" used to be called "cotes faverges" then; the function is the same (binding dust by means of a rough surface), but it´s in fact a decorative element rarely seen these days. Well, somehow most seem to be condition to expect Geneva stripes
Nonetheless, decorative elements are likewise easy made to fit the owner´s taste.
I´m sure JR will at least consider to fulfill wishes for some personalization; there´s probably not a big production of these tourbillon chronographs to be made anyway, which leaves a little room to support custom orders.
Personally i´d love to see one with a plain frosted gold finish! Somewhat of a classic simple look, which may result in a nice contrast with the more modern dial and case.
Cheers,
Peter
