Quite a successful one had a place in the county town. Opened after COVID interestingly, had a couple of good years and now gone. Need to visit the bright lights of the big cities a bit more lol. π
Definitely a good question! The culinary scene has hardly developed here for decades and then in the last 10 or so years the range has spread massively. Albeit, getting high quality and semi authentic Chinese or Subcontinent food is still far, far away π€·π»...
