Sounds so dramatic. But I have a nice selection, well the ones visible, that are probably yeady to drink. This is a selection I would need to do some heavy lifting to find them all. It is a problem when you keep loading up over the years you can't get to ...  

surprises never seem to cease as far as your cellar is concerned. A good spread of Bordeaux 2000----one vintage which is sorely lacking in my small collection They are ready for drinking but will hold their own and develop even further over the next many ... 

It is easy to be sometimes disappointed with “big” wines but it is a joy to find pleasure in tte lesser known stars. My problem is my wall of cases and getting to the wine in a reasonable order. ...

Having drank many ‘95, ‘96, 2000, ‘05, ,09 and ,10, I can say 2000 is my favourite vintage. I know 5-9-10 are too young, but I can project. The 2000 is drinking beautifully now with decades to go. You have planned so well in advance having cases and cases...

I do love some of the super stars and premier cru, but honestly 2008 on how can one say Pontet Canet is not as good (better IMHO) than Mouton Rothschild. Actually I think the 2005 Pontet not has exceeded the 05 Mouton, different but on par with Lafite and... 

I am still learning with every bottle. But i can’t seem to find the best words to describe the wine in the same fashion that you and Henry can so elegantly. Have a great weekend Bill
