I want to give that a try. I got plenty of broth now. Iβve run it through a fine siff but in considering filtering it further through a tea towl. Do you do that? Tomorrow will be Pho. My nose is a bit βfull of itβ right now.

I love Pho in the winter. Thereβs a restaurant on Baxter Street in NYC that is probably the best Vietnamese place in NYC. They havenβt changed prices since 1985.
As good as the place is, I would love to go to Vietnam and see how much better the food is there.

you are lucky, because finding a really good Pho is not that easy. Our little place is popular among the vietnamese population in Denmark because of the Pho. They even travel from other cities in Denmark to eat it at this place.
