Yes, 38 mm
I tried on both sizes in platinum and liked the 40mm better, but think 38 mm works best for the rose gold. I think the platinum and grey/silver dial tend to blend together, so the extra metal creates more of a delineation. The RG bezel, by contrast, is easily visible and its thinness on the 38 mm version is perfectly balanced with the rest of the watch.

The RG/RG combo is beautiful. This particular dial appears darker then most giving it an even distinguished look. Nice!!!
