I was fortunate enough to be able to buy the 48 mm Elegante what a great watch. My question is what is the water resistance of this watch, I cannot find it anywhere on the web or on the FP Journe website… Jim

I agree with you but since the Elegante comes on a rubber strap (and quartz) I thought maybe it was meant for water. I didn’t find it on the web site but IWC showed me it’s there below! Have to get my eyes checked…enjoy your weekend…Jim

I would prefer another brand to swim with. FPJ watches are not meant to be used for water sports. Having said that I would feel comfortable if the Élégante got wet!
