That's one of the most exciting watch of the recent years.
I love the novel way of showing time, and how this is done with such a thin case (compared to other makes who put crazy things under the dials, but end up with massively thick watches). I don't know how many will be made, but I would love one! Best, E.

The way of displaying time is completely new and original, invented by FP but the conceptual question was posed by the whirly poetic mind of Coppola. It is not a limited edition but I believe someone stated that the prognosis is around 50 pieces.

I admire it deeply, but can't help considering it as an automaton rather than a watch. The dactylonomic display of time is so unfamiliar and non intuitive (the 10 in particular) that I can't imagine enjoying it as a time-telling device. And I'm not sure I...

From what I have been explained it is not considered an Automaton in a technical sense. This is because watches with automatons have a separate power supply to run the animation. This is “only” a different way of displaying time like it is with a digital ...
