Oh, yes, Viken. We have been discussing the Rattrapante often as we both have a lotof love for this one....
I thought at first, it was odd to put it in a "sports" watch because it is such a delicate complication.- Except - Sports watch is a very different concept from a tool watch (like a Rolex). It A Sports watch is merely a more informal look ( like a sports jacket in the traditional sense).
I proposed FP to make the Rattrapante in the Classic line as I felt it would belong here. He was very clear that this would NOT happen. I have to say I have changed my mind. Yours is an amazing watch, as is the gold and Pt versions.
On an other note. Im so happy to see how much you are enjoying your Havana Cs. Just wonderful. Isnt it. so well balanced on the wrist.

More problematic may be your need for two of them to keep your mate happy. That could be pricey.

When I first saw the Line Sport collection and the pieces were available, I wasn't too impressed. I much preferred FP's dressier models on straps. But I have warmed up to them as well since then.

The current ones are just too big for me. It's the prior, 42mm Line Sport watches that I've come around to coveting!

So good. If they had retained the smaller case (42) I would have been all over this one.
Personally I thought this was one of those sleepers in the collection as it was dismissed by many, first for just being in the Sport line and then also because I don’t think one sees how well this works unless one sees it in the metal. Enjoy it.
