I used to be a regular ABP customer until about a year and a half ago. Their service and quality declined quite suddenly. I've had to return ABP straps to them to have them redone; I've waited months without correspondence for special order straps (straps made of skins not shown on their website) after the order was placed. I've even had to threaten to sue them for breach of contract.
Fournet, I tried just once and once again the correspondence was spotty but the product was good.
I'm now looking for another strap maker to try.
