Jaeger-LeCoultre

Unusual LeCoultre Duoface clock

I have this unusual art deco table clock that I have never seen anywhere else and can't find any information about anywhere on the internet either-

8cm high, the clock is signed LeCoultre (not Jaeger LeCoultre) on one side of its stone/ marble base, and Duoface on the other. Also has LeCoultre Swiss on the base. Has a set of two dials on either side of its octagonal body that can be individually set to two different time zones and a tiny Swiss under both the 12's on the dials. It winds from underneath with a small carriage clock style key, and goes 8 days.
Any information on the clock would be appreciated, including its year of manufacture? Approx value?
I was for a long time under the impression this clock must be made before Le Coultre tied up with Jaeger, but recently read on the company website that pieces signed only LeCoultre were sold in the N American market till as recently as 1985, after which they have started signing all pieces Jaeger Le Coultre.
