A seagull watched impassively from the top of a Hobie Catamaran mast as the sidewalk traffic grew heavier.



I was happy to see my Hummingbird friends have survived the heat and then the cold and rain.



Three views of the same bird who played around (zooming up and down) but posed repeatedly for me.





Only women walk while speaking loudly enough about their dietary peculiarities for everyone within 100 yards to hear



We saw citrus by the bay.



and wrought iron.

And crew boats galore.



With coaches bringing up the rear.







The hummers were watching the boats too.



along with pelicans



and shore birds.

The traffic grew heavier so we got off the sidewalk.



edging our way across the flow and up a ramp



to the street, just before the bicycles whizzed past.

Not all the interesting sights were found in nature.



although this tree was certainly lovely!





As we began to head for home we pulled up behind a car whose license plate frame said "I brake for interesting cloud formations". I went around her!



I asked my wife if she wanted to go anywhere else; she replied "No, my eyes are full".
