A watch with gems isn't for everyone but I think this isn't over the top and is tastefully done. Also, at 31mm, it's probably going to find few admirers although I have no issue with this. According to the auction house, it is one of two known examples. I love it but my wallet is not enamoured.

if I am not mistaken... this is a gem in the true sense. 31mm is very appropriate
I am no expert
but I feel at that 30 years ago, they did not always bother to indicate when dials were enamel. There was less scrutiny back then, just the love of craftsmanship well done, without the need to advertise it. From your picture, this dial has the 'milky glow...
