Quality problem??
Hi, I just wanna share my experience with fellow members. I bought a RM11ti from my local boutiqueback in January 2010, use it for the third time and i found out the watch always stop the following morning no matter how many times i wind the watch. Any of you facing similar problem? This is not what i expect from RM, especially this is the latest batch of RM11s. I would have expected all the problem with earlier models should have sorted out.

Yes, I was a victim as well......watch stopped..trouble with date.....took 2 months to repair (got it back last week). Keep my fingers crossed that it keeps on running....

Reality is the best measure of any situation. Rejections rates 90 %, blah blah blah... quality control up to so and so standard. Thats all well and good but the ultimate proof is on the customer's wrist.

I fully support your story...could not have said it any better...and....I only own one RM11 but I cherish it.....it's just like a Ferrari...beautiful, expensive and in repair half the time....that's the beauty..
