Patek Philippe 5100 " Ten Days ".
In my dream list, but for once doable, the Reference is one of the few relatively modern Patek I would love to own / add.
The G version, for me, even if I would not complain if I could get the P.
Why the G over the P? Because of its uber cool blue dial.

Big love for this case and the 10 days manual winding movement, even if I read that it is a big pain to fully wind it.
Which would be your favorite? The P, G, R ( Grey Dial ), or J ( cream ) ?

While fantastic from design and ergonomic view, the legibility was not so good due to the curved crystal. Winding it was a pleasure, even dough a bit too long… ...

The G for me based exactly on your reasons! The blue just pops! Having said that, I completely agree that any 5100 is a winner!
G for me
I have seen all 4 of these in the metal at some point in time. I too find the combo of the white gold and the blue face to be my favorite. I have yet to get one though as the timing, price, or condition have never worked out. Some day....
