Ooops...I dropped my PO
It was on my Wolf watch winder. When I went to move the winder I didn't realize it was plugged in and it jerked out of my hands. The Omega was in the winder (wrapped around the center cushion) and the cusion, with the watch wrapped around it, popped out and landed (with a "thunk") after falling about about 2-feet, on to a wood floor.
I saw no damage or cracks and the watch appears tio be running fine. My AD says that I should monitor it for a few days, let it run down and see if it remains at or close to COSC specs (it had been running about 3-5 seconds slow per day).
Can I get any suggestions from anybody (particularly you experts) on the appropriate course to follow here?

pretty durable things
when i just bought my planet ocean, i droped it about 4 feet onto a tile floor at a gym when i was pulling clothes out of the locker. that was 2 years ago...still runs fine. and i crashed with my bike while wearing my seamaster, and it got some nice nicks...
I can attest for Omega

GUESS WHAT: The movement stopped!
I brought it into the AD. They will inspect the movement and regulate it.

shock system
The PO non-chrono uses a modified ETA 2892-A2 movement with a co-axial escapement. All the ETA's I've seen use the Incabloc anti-shock system.

Just how good is the incabloc system reputed to be?

The Incabloc is a very rugged. The ETA movements are very reliable and used in a great many of the big and boutique brands.
