It has been a funky year, with a lot of great times and good friends!
I would like to celebrate this with a post on one of my latest catch.
As you know I keep the Memovox very close to my heart!
Lately I have posted a lot about early 70ties Memovoxes.
You might remember posts like “Blue mint” and “The pleasure of finding a piece of the puzzle”.
IMO, a very underrated part within the Memovox line.
During this period of time JLC launched quite few of these watches funky in shaped and colour.
If we only focus on the Memovox;
E 861
E 870 and E 877.
E 871
E 872
E 873, E 874 and E 877
E 875
E 876
As you can see I am still missing a lot of them…
Not sure if there was any more so called funky?
Anybody got a clue? Please chip in!
My E 861, E 871, E 872, E 875 and E 876 I have already posted here/you have seen before.
Still miss the E 870 Polaris II and the bloody E 877 “Snowdrop”!
The last one – the Snowdrop always slips away from me!
Like it melts and slips thru my fingers every time!
Argh! One time I missed it with 5 minutes.
5 lousy minutes!
A blue one in perfect condition!
That was a sad day… But…

As you can see – in close to mint condition.
With a butt ugly and poorly constructed – but original bracelet.
