My new Ochs & Junior, not really telling time...
as I just allowed to be posted on the instagram of O&J just a quick personal shot of the Sun Moon with a twist. I first was thinking about a wat h that not was conceived to represent correct time but a kind of other way of experiencing time when Haldimann made his tourbillon without hands. That would be the one I would order if money was no objection.
Now so many years later, when seeing the sun moon for the first time, no more then 12 months ago, I grabbed the opportunity to create something just for me. Is it easy to read time? One answer : no not at all. As you know the length of the day is also moving, you have winter and summer time and above all, the sun indicates the real sun time, so not 12 pm if sun is at it highest.
I have the watch now for 4 days, so will give an update after some weeks.
