GP 2005: "Ladies? Night" - the new lady pieces by GP
Dear enthusiasts,
more news for our female enthusiasts!
If you did follow the previous coverage, you may see this year does focus a bit on lady models; after the impressive success of the Cat?s Eye range it is not by surprise Girard-Perregaux adds more models and variants to cater all needs and preference. And each one is a beauty!

Basically, the year of 2005 does see three new models and two additional variants to existing pieces. Here?s a short overview:
- the Cat?s Eye Tourbillon reference 09949 is a stunning addition (and personally i?d put it among the most beautiful tourbillon watches that are). It comes with a pink gold (with diamond set bezel) or white gold (with full-paved) case.
- the Cat?s Eye line is completed by two full-paved diamond variants:
- the power reserve, reference 08048D0P53.92I9
- the moon phase, reference 08049D0P53.92I9
Both come with GP?s own automatic movements and full-set cases; the power reserve with 315 diamonds equalling 2.63 carats and the moon phase with 300 diamonds, equalling 2.45 carats. Each piece is worn on a satin-like strap with paved pin buckle.
- the Richeville Bonsai reference 26620 is a completely new model that is offered in two variants; a dainty orchid that caters the need for a decidedly feminine and smaller watch. The dial is mother-of-pearl and this watch can be had with a pink or white gold case, each variant with or without diamond paved case.
- the Vintage45 Bonsai reference 25620 is another new model and, much like the Richeville Bonsai, significantly reduced in size for the small and feminine wrists. This model comes with a mother-of-pearl dial and a pink or white gold case, each with or without diamond set bezel.
