For the past few months, I've had eyes almost exclusively for the Chronometro Gondolo, which I love with all my heart.
Yet, for the past week since I've had it on my wrist, I've been truly charmed by this Laurent Ferrier Galet micro-rotor: it's a timeless and minimalist watch, where every detail is exquisitely refined.

What a case design! All curves, brilliant. It reminds me of a 5107r (albeit from very far away). How do you feel about the overall presence/size? On paper, I wish LF had some options in smaller sizes with the galet case. Many thanks,
At 40 mm, the case size isn’t small
for a dress watch, but it wears fine on my 16 cm wrist and it is perfectly fitted to the 31.6 mm micro rotor movement (it’s a large movement). So it works well for me. And it doesn’t wear very differently than my 38.5 mm Cornes de Vache. Thank you for you...
