Finally...after three months of service!
I made a rookie mistake and sent all three of my Pateks in for service at the same time. It's been a long wait, but they called and said one is ready to be collected. So of course, I went like the wind and it's back onto my wrist!
I think I'll be okay with this one for the next month while the other two gets their movement servicing (strictly no polishing).
