You all certainly remember this ad, and these strong slogans:

" No other watch manufacture can do this picture ".

" Have you ever worn a real watch ? ".



Or...." One watch, two brains "



Or... " 0,34 grams to escape the law of gravity "

And a small variation:

" When did you last wear a real watch ? ".



On a distant past, JLC made some great and strong ads.

Here, some slogans used for the Memovox E 855:

" Your Memory's Memory ".

" For your memory's sake, a Memovox By Jeager- Lecoultre, makers of the most exceptional watches and clocks in the world."



Or:

" It's Time, always Time, time to be on time. "

Besides this literary approach, there is another most commercial and as strong approach, in the vein of what we see nowadays:

" Another great contribution by Jaeger- Lecoultre to high precision watchmaking. "



The Future Matic has also been advertized in the same very positive and strong way, in the mid Fifites:

" The 3 major Virtues : Precision, Robustness, Elegance ".



And what to think about the humoristic approach used for the Geophysic?:

" A Watch which defies the magnetism, but which magnetizes the clients "...



Of course, this is not a exhaustive list of ads, as you can also quote the Geomatic ads, and many others.

The main goal of this post was to show that, despite several decades of discretion, JLC comes back, once again, with strong ads and slogans.
