Dual Time Zone
Hi Everyone,
Have been looking around for dual time zone watch for my travels. Have seen some World timers, GMTs and Dual timers but have not come across any that allows half hour adjustments. I know of a certain Michel Jordi and Piaget has 2 movements in a watch to facilitate this, but is there one that does that with a single movement? Thanks.

I second Meehna's suggestion of the Parmigiani Kalpa Hemisphere
which made its debut at SIHH 2008. Parmigiani doesn't get much chatter on the internet IMO, but they do make great watches but price tags are fairly high. (Below are Nicolas' pics) And here's a pic of the display back which shows the off-centered movement...

The Kalpa Hemisphere is a winner! We could also recommend U.N watches, lie the Sonata, for example, or the Perpetual Calendar GMT. Best, Nicolas

seen the Sonata- a UN representative demonstrated for me..... It seems to be a perfect watch for traveling, provided that you can afford it....... Otherwise I would recommend the JLC timezone..... Cheers

Journe Resonance.
Journe himself never imagined this watch as a dual time watch. He just saw it as two watches in synch. But it is a splendid two time zone watch. Brilliant in fact. And you can do half hours if you want. I use my Resonance a lot as a travel watch. Jeff
