We already talked a lot about service quality in different topics here
From my side, I have "bad" experience actually with the Geneva Jaeger shop.
I gave them a Master calendar mid-April. Since then no news, they gave me different versions about my watch after several phone calls, no email (they were supposed to send me one twice)... Now, the watch is supposed to come back late August.
When I pay, I want a good service. I do not really like when watch brands think they are "untouchable".
I hope they will give you an answer and explanations.

I realised one thing that is unacceptable - the Cotes de Geneve's colour and alignment on both old and new bridges do not match. I have sent the watch back to the boutique. Currently awaiting response from Switzerland HQ.

here it is, with bridge engraved as 1.96. This movement went to swiss in Jan, and received about 14 weeks later in April. my guess is that your bridge had some problem that wasn't easily fixed so they decided to put a new bridge.. ...
