Chopard

I've been enjoying three precision instruments today (and splendid espresso): the Chopard L.U.C 1963 Chronograph PuristS Edition, a La Marzocco GS/3 AV espresso machine, and an accompanying Mahlkonig K30 Vario Grinder. Each sets a reference standard in it...

Is something with the coffee that needs to be timed during preparation, to make use of that wonderful LUC 1963 Chrono. Because timing how long it takes you to drink it is just wrong! Great trio of instruments - and do let me know if you plan to go into th... 

18g of espresso should extract to about an ounce and a half (at 9bar of pressure) in about 25 seconds. A chronograph is a must! Even though my machine has a digital shot timer built in. Will definitely let you know if we get serious about a cafe! Best, Ca...
