Is something with the coffee that needs to be timed during preparation, to make use of that wonderful LUC 1963 Chrono. 
Because timing how long it takes you to drink it is just wrong!

As a rule of thumb,
18g of espresso should extract to about an ounce and a half (at 9bar of pressure) in about 25 seconds. A chronograph is a must! Even though my machine has a digital shot timer built in. Will definitely let you know if we get serious about a cafe! Best, Ca...
