L.U.C is the special higher end Chopard movement with higher level finishing.

L.U.C doesn't represent in-house movement. There are Chopard in-house movements that are not L.U.C pieces.
Not all Chopard movements with COSC certification are necessarily L.U.C movements neither. Looking at the movement of this piece, it's highly likely it is not an L.U.C movement due to the finishing.

Doesn't look like a true L.U.C movement to me from the photos I've seen so far. Finishing doesn't seem to be as high as a typical L.U.C movement.
