As I have very little thirst for bracelets, I would have tried to remove it from the AE, which would leave me with a proprietary attachment system and little flexibility. Do like the 8Hz movement that comes with some AEs but I got that on the LUC 8HF, that is much more strap friendly and in some ways a much rarer bird 😊

Works just as well during the week, too 😉 The counterweight might be an acquired taste, sure. I just felt it was a lovely detail back in the day. Even though I am not called Luc 🤣

Mine is also a blue dial version and came in the same box. Reminding me (given the beehive logo on the box), Chopard honey is pretty good, too 😉👍🏻 A great specimen and it looks very good on the bracelet, too 👌🏻

that is black dial with the old AR coating that makes it appear blue....
luc serviced with current hands more on yellow side ...
yes, the older AR coating had a noticeable blue hue to it. If you look closely, the AR coating is mostly on the right half of the photo...stops at the 23 minute mark....
the new crystal does not have a top coat of AR i beliveve, only the underside which is more common these days
The tungsten rotor is an added bonus 😊
