I think they used to have a design language
with the GT XL and that sort. I quite liked that modern twist. But most of the first 10 years of mille miglia watches, and a lot of the recent ones, have a sort of faux vintage look that appears to be, not awful, but quite deliberately not as nice as, say, the vintage look of the 63 chronograph.

They used to have a much stronger presence in the for instance vintage car enthusiast scene than seems to be the case today. Wonder what really changed there 🧐
