Chopard L.U.C. Heritage EHG Moon 122

To celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the Ecole d'Horlogerie de Genève (Geneva watchmaking school), Chopard adds a new member to the Heritage family: the Chopard L.U.C. Heritage EHG Moon 122.

Made in 18k “ethical” rose gold, the case is 44 x 12.7 mm.

The dial is made of aventurine, with running seconds at 9 o'clock and a moon phase accurate to 122 years at 3 o'clock.

The gilt Chopard branding, is printed on the underside of the sapphire crystal.

The handwound caliber 63.04-L adds the moonphase complication to the previous Ecole (school) caliber 63.01-L, which had a simple dial with a 9 o’clock running seconds. It runs at 21,600 vph (3 Hz) with a power reserve of 60 hours on a full wind and bears the Geneva Seal.

Best, Emmanuel
